GOGMDS PARTICIPATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A. WHEREAS, GOGMDS.COM is committed to support the VISION and MISSION of GOGMDS.ORG;
B. WHEREAS, the “GOGMDS.COM” is hereby engaged in various business ventures, including, but not limited to Currency Spot Market and MOBILI ecommerce platform;
C. WHEREAS, the “PARTICIPANT” is willing to enter into a Participation Agreement and voluntarily lends a monetary Participation amount, according to the participation plans GOGMDS provides;
AGREEMENTS
As a participant I hereby agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
1. GOGMDS.COM Responsibility. It is the responsibility of the GOGMDS.COM to utilize all the available tools, and resources and strategies to protect the lent amount against losses and insure profitability for long-term and sustainable business.
2. Participant Incentives. Both parties agree to a monthly percentage incentive according to the Participant’s selected plan, starting from the time the full participation amount is received and verified by GOGMDS.COM.
3. Participation Period. The Effective Date as Participation Period for the aforesaid amount will be according to stipulated maturity of the plan selected. The participant reserves the right to withdraw the full amount including the incentives after the said maturity period.
4. Termination. Termination of this Agreement shall be, in service to the other party, shall automatically take effect upon maturity and withdrawal of the full amount of the plan, without the need of a written notice to both.
5. Confidentiality and Publicity. Neither party may discuss or disclose any information, or originate any publicity, news release, or other public announcement in written or oral manner under this Agreement.
6. Binding Agreement and Assignment. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties and their respective successors and permitted assigns. Neither party may assign any of its rights or obligations under this Agreement to any individual or entity without the express written consent of the other party. Without limiting the foregoing, “GOGMDS.COM” cannot assign the obligation to an assuming party without securing from the assignee a written acknowledgement of the obligations under this Agreement.
7. Waiver. The waiver by either Party of the breach of any covenant or provision in this Agreement shall not operate or be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach by either party.
